Bosen Chicago’s fitness classes are designed to improve your cardio health, get you toned, keep you healthy and have fun! Zumba and Bosen Combat Fitness focus on the whole you! Classes are open to all fitness levels and ages.

Zumba Fitness

Music is the key ingredient to Zumba Fitness classes. The score, created with specific beats and tempo changes, transitions the workout from one toning, strengthening or cardio move to another, and targets every major muscle group in the body. The Zumba Fitness program borrows Latin flavor from the following dance styles: Cumbia, Salsa, Merengue, Mambo, Flamenco, Chachacha, Reggaeton, Samba, Belly dancing, Bhangra, Hip Hop, and Tango.

Booty Beat Fitness

When flirty, fabulous dance meets choreography with a purpose; the result is a fun, effective way to condition the entire body inside and out. The Flirty Girl Fitness program, Booty Beat Fitness, is an outrageously entertaining cardio intensive dance-based class that works the entire body. Using the easy to learn Flirty Girl Foundation Moves, participants will quickly "own" the movement and experience the fabulous feeling that dancing gives you, while reaping the benefits of strength and cardiovascular exercise all in one class.

Bosen Combat Fitness

A hardcore class consisting of punching, kicking, cardio and a stand up self-defense.  A great way to get in shape and learn basic defense techniques for realistic situations.
